Vicki Tomiser
Vicki Tomiser is the founder of Wine Flight Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in direct-to-consumer strategy, hospitality, and brand storytelling for small, family-owned wineries. With more than two decades of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Vicki has built a career rooted in connection—between land and table, bottle and guest, brand and community.
Her professional path has taken her from bartending and wine education to building wine programs for private clubs and institutions like the St. Louis Art Museum. As a global wine director, she oversaw sourcing and supplier relationships and represented her organization at international trade shows including ProWein, Vinexpo, and Wine Paris. She has traveled extensively through wine regions across the U.S. and Europe, always seeking the stories behind the vines.
At Wine Flight Consulting, Vicki helps wineries connect with customers in ways that are real, memorable, and lasting—through curated experiences, thoughtful communication, and a strong sense of brand voice.
Originally from Kentucky and now rooted in Sonoma County, she believes wine is a love language, terroir is a tale worth telling, and hospitality is more than a skill—it’s a rhythm of life. She lives with her daughter, Willow, and two deeply opinionated cats, Franklin and Bean.
