Born in New Mexico and raised in Ecuador. She is Italian & Palestinian and fluent in Spanish.
For 30 years, Doralice has worked in all aspects of the culinary & hospitality industry.
Currently, she is the managing partner of Locals Tasting Room with her father as well as their family wine brand Denier-Handal. She is a consultant for various specialty food companies.
