<image:caption>Vicki Tomiser is the founder of Wine Flight Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in direct-to-consumer strategy, hospitality, and brand storytelling for small, family-owned wineries. With more than two decades of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Vicki has built a career rooted in connection—between land and table, bottle and guest, brand and community. Her professional path has taken her from bartending and wine education to building wine programs for private clubs and institutions like the St. Louis Art Museum. As a global wine director, she oversaw sourcing and supplier relationships and represented her organization at international trade shows including ProWein, Vinexpo, and Wine Paris. She has traveled extensively through wine regions across the U.S. and Europe, always seeking the stories behind the vines. At Wine Flight Consulting, Vicki helps wineries connect with customers in ways that are real, memorable, and lasting—through curated experiences, thoughtful communication, and a strong sense of brand voice. Originally from Kentucky and now rooted in Sonoma County, she believes wine is a love language, terroir is a tale worth telling, and hospitality is more than a skill—it’s a rhythm of life. She lives with her daughter, Willow, and two deeply opinionated cats, Franklin and Bean. https://wineflightsociety.com Vicki on LinkedIn</image:caption>

When Lisa was 19 years old, she moved to Germany to work in hospitality and there she finally understood the community relationship between food and wine and farm to table. Lisa returned to Sonoma County and pursued a degree in biology and chemistry and was seduced by the wine industry. Lisa has been a wine industry professional for 27 years at Benziger Winery. Lisa is the winemaker for biodynamic, organic and sustainable certified programs at Benziger. Lisa loves to bake and cook, supporting local farms, restaurants and neighboring wineries. Lisa believes in community involvement. “Community work is essential to help promote respect, tolerance and growth as a living entity. This means showing up to serve and be part of a movement that knows it takes a village - the team together can achieve more than the individual.” Lisa on LinkedIn</image:caption>

Although most of her career has been spent serving as an executive chef she is especially fond of pastry and baking. Dana serves refined versions of relaxed fare, drawing on California’s bounty. She believes the dining experience is one of both comfort and joy, and that a kitchen should be a compassionate family-like environment. She has passed these philosophies onto her daughter, who has followed her mother into the kitchen as a professional chef. Dana is currently a denizen of Sonoma and the executive chef at the Mill at Glen Ellen. https://www.themillatglenellen.com/ Dana on LinkedIn</image:caption>
