Rebekah Baker

National Director of Specialty, UNFI, Les Dames d’Escoffier

Rebekah Baker has been working in the Specialty Food industry for over a decade. Throughout her career she has worked in retail, distribution, for producers and been actively involved in industry non-profits, including a stint as the Director of the California Artisan Cheese Guild and Chair of the American Cheese Society Scholarship Committee.  She has an MBA, is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and currently works for UNFI as their National Director of Specialty.
