Liza Hinman is the Chef/Owner of The Spinster Sisters Restaurant in Santa Rosa California. Opened since 2012 it has been a local favorite in the SOFA District of Santa Rosa with a menu that focuses on seasonal ingredients.
Originally from Connecticut her restaurant menus showcase the bounty of Sonoma County in dishes that pay homage to her east coast roots. In 2017, Liza and her partners in the restaurant renovated and opened The Astro, a mid-century modern motel around the corner from The Spinster Sisters. Liza lives with her family in Healdsburg, California.
