Gibson Thomas is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Edible Marin & Wine Country Magazine, a quarterly print and online publication that tells the stories of the farmers, cheesemakers, ranchers, winemakers, fisherfolk, distillers, brewers, bakers, and other food artisans in Marin, Napa and Sonoma Counties.
Gibson believes that it is critical that the extraordinary contributions of women in the culinary world, throughout history, are recognized for their own value, as well as to encourage new generations of women to value and pursue professional careers in the culinary industry.
