Doralice Handal has been working in the food industry for over 20 years. She has worked as a chef for various restaurants and catering companies in the Bay Area.
Doralice bought and ran the Cheese Shop of Healdsburg in Healdsburg for 16 years and honed her cheese knowledge and skills by working for notable companies such as Cowgirl Creamery, Whole Foods, Neals Yard Dairy and learning from various cheese experts around the world.
In 2020, Doralice closed the cheese shop in order to challenge herself in other areas of food and wine. She is one of the chefs at Relish Culinary, she continues to host cheese and wine events for clients and consults with larger markets in their cheese departments.
Doralice also sells wine with her father and their family wine brand. Doralice is one of the co-founders of Les Dames Sonoma as well as fundraising for Healdsburg Jazz and Reach for Home.
